10-30% ownership available in beautiful gated golf community in North Scottsdale, across the street from The Boulders Resort

Terravita (Scottsdale, Arizona) is an 840 acre master planned community with an 18-hole championship golf course that was designed by world-renowned golf course architects Billy Casper and Greg Nash. In addition to championship golf, the gated community provides clubhouse facilities, Health / Fitness Center, Swim and Tennis Center and a community-wide system of walking and jogging trails.

Terravita is nestled between Scottsdale and Carefree, high in Arizona's beautiful Sonoran desert. The home is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths plus an office with pull out couch. Very open and spacious and comfortably sleeps 8. Pool table, Jacuzzi, DSL, DVD player, built in out-door grill and other amenities. All owners are professionals in the bay area and do not rent the house out. It is strictly a vacation home for the owners to enjoy.

We are selling part or all of our ownership because we now have 2 small children and are not able to get down to the property as frequently as we would like. If interested in our full 30% then we are open for negotiation on the price, otherwise the current market value for a 10% share is $8400 which entitles you to 5 weeks a year. The house (and all property in North Scottsdale) continues to appreciate in value. The yearly operating dues are reasonable. For inquiries call 650-279-4148 or ewenrick@uclalumni.net
